Responsibilities

End-user support & incident management
System, identity, and cloud administration
Operational, infrastructure & on-site support
Security, onboarding, and documentation
MBO Level 4+ in ICT or related field
1â€“3+ years IT Support/Helpdesk experience
Experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS
Microsoft 365 and Entra ID / Azure AD experience
Microsoft Intune experience
Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi
Experience with IT ticketing systems
Familiarity with Azure / AWS / Exchange Online
Hardware and printer troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of MFA and endpoint security
Fluent in Dutch and English
ITIL/WMS/ERP experience preferred

Requirements
