Our Approach

We don't sell one model. We figure out which one fits.

A lot of staffing firms have a model they push because it's the one they're built around. We run two recruitment/placement and payrolling and the first real part of our job is figuring out which one actually solves your problem, not which one we'd rather sell you.

How We Think About It

The model comes second. The problem comes first.

01

The problem comes first

Before we talk roles, we ask what kind of gap you're actually filling. A permanent seat on your team needs a different approach than three months of coverage during a busy stretch.

02

We'll tell you when we're not the right fit

If you need offshore staffing for cost reasons, or compliance advisory for setting up a Dutch entity, we're not that. We'd rather say so on the first call than take the work and underdeliver.

03

Coverage over specialization on purpose

We place across six domains, not one. That's deliberate. Most companies don't have a single hiring need at a single point in time. The upside is that you don't need five vendors for five different roles.

How That Shows Up in the Work

What this actually looks like day to day

Our approach isn't just something we say. It shapes how we work with you from the first conversation onward.

01

We vet before we shortlist, not after.

We focus on understanding whether a candidate actually fits the role before putting them in front of you.

02

You get a shortlist, not a stack of resumes.

We narrow the field before you spend time reviewing candidates, so your team can focus on the people worth meeting.

03

One point of contact, even across roles.

If you're hiring a developer this quarter and an admin assistant next quarter, you don't have to re-explain your company from scratch.

04

We stay involved after placement.

Our relationship doesn't stop at contract signature. We stay connected so there is continuity beyond the initial placement.

Where We Draw the Line

What we won't do

✓

We won't push payrolling when a role is clearly a permanent hire, just because it's a longer-running contract for us.

✓

We won't oversell a shortlist. If we don't have a strong candidate yet, we'll say that instead of sending a weak one just to hit a deadline.

✓

We won't guarantee outcomes we can't stand behind. We'd rather be clear about what we can realistically deliver than make promises we can't keep.

Tell us what you're trying to solve

Not sure which staffing model fits? Tell us what you need and we'll help you figure out the right next step.
