Responsibilities

Liaising with customers and colleagues for consultation, requirements gathering, design, implementation, and ongoing support of Oracle SCM solutions
Assisting customers with analyzing, designing, testing, and deploying Oracle SCM enhancements, reports, and application updates
Requirements elicitation, specification & fit-gap analysis
Business process modelling and specification
Functional design specification for customizations and enhancements, including interfaces and reports
Data conversion design, security design and build
Test planning, preparation, execution, and defect management, including issue and risk management
Quality management: reviewing key deliverables and ensuring adherence to scope, standards, and procedures

Requirements

Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of gap analysis, ERP, and test scripts
Understanding of business requirements and business processes, with willingness to learn and grow
Strong experience in MS Excel
Ability to multitask with excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently
