As a Warehouse Support Employee, you ensure that our article and material data are complete, correct and up to date. This means you play an important role in the efficient functioning of our warehouse. Thanks to your eye for detail, materials can be found, processed and deployed faster within our international operations. You will join a driven team in which collaboration, quality and continuous improvement are central. In this versatile role you support the warehouse by ensuring that all information regarding materials and inventory management is correct. You combine administrative accuracy with a practical view of logistics processes. Responsibilities

  • Checking and validating article and material data
  • Physically verifying materials and comparing them with the data in SAP
  • Supplementing, correcting and optimizing article master data
  • Safeguarding the quality and reliability of logistics data
  • Identifying discrepancies and actively contributing to solutions
  • Supporting inventory management and logistics administration
  • Contributing ideas for process and workflow improvements within the warehouse
  • Collaborating with colleagues from logistics, warehouse and supply chain to further improve data quality

Requirements

  • At least an MBO-4 diploma, preferably in logistics, supply chain or administration
  • Maximum 2 years of relevant work experience in logistics, supply chain or the maritime sector
  • A precise and proactive work attitude
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Nice to Have: Affinity with systems such as SAP EWM is a plus
  • Nice to Have: Good command of both Dutch and English
